This optimistic sounding, progressively melodic song I created features a couple sound effects from the PC game Jedi Knight: Dark Forces 2 that was released in 1997. I wrote this song to portray the feeling of learning how to design and develop websites. What I've been doing as a career for nearly 20 years. Please enjoy this song as much as I enjoyed making it!

If designing websites is your gig, you're someone I need to know! For years I've been looking for a solution in this area -- and it turns out I'm just terrible at actually finishing the job, or having any enthusiasm at it, since A, I have no experience in coding, and B, I really prefer old niche-y eccentric web design to the ready made templates of today.
Also, that was a fantastic game, from a fantastic era of gaming! The worlds to me felt so much deeper and more mystical than much of today's FPS fodder (although I do love FPS and shiny graphics too!)
I guess I just miss the era when most everything was made from scratch! Not this pre-made asset AI garbage of today!

I agree, we have entered an era of premade templates and canned responses. Politics has lead us to behave in an expected way that meets a stereotypical standard. Individuality is encouraged but only if it meets a specific agenda. It truly is discouraging as an artist that just wants to be themselves to be constantly bombarded by the effort to painfully extract a predetermined opinion. What echo chamber did you come from? How do you feel validated? Its encouraging to know there will never be an end to the things I'll disagree with and be motivated by to produce engineered creations to combat the trademarked narratives.
